“The solution we provide is a very simple one, but it is not easy. For the most part, recovering from these conditions requires a lot of willpower and support, and we provide that in the way of a three-month intensive program that provides our clients with step-by-step guidance and calls five times a week.

We educate clients on their body, environment and chronic condition, then unravel the process of homeostasis by bringing regulation to each bodily system. The three-month intensive is followed by two years of ongoing support and education for those who need it to gain full remission.”

Who We Help:

dysautonomia / autoimmune disease diagnosis
Autoimmune Diagnosis: Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Adrenal Fatigue, POTs, POHs, MCAS, ME/Chronic Fatigue, Lymes and other debilitating diseases.
Individuals with Unexplained Symptoms: Many of our clients have visited multiple doctors without receiving a clear diagnosis. They often experience extreme fatigue, heart palpitations, and other symptoms that are frequently misdiagnosed or labeled as psychosomatic.
Sleep Issues: Many of our clients suffer from disrupted sleep patterns, leading to non-restorative sleep and conditions like insomnia, which severely impact their well-being.
Those with Visible Signs: Symptoms such as changes in skin color, dryness, and acne-like blemishes are common among our clients. They might notice their feet and legs turning purple or pink due to blood pooling.
People with Sensitivities: Light, sound, and temperature sensitivities are typical, leading to significant discomfort and disruption in daily life. Clients often report needing sunglasses indoors or struggling with even slight temperature changes.
Cognitive and Physical Impairment: Brain fog, memory issues, and physical difficulties such as muscle pain and weakness are prevalent. These impairments make daily tasks challenging and affect the overall quality of life.
Immune System Deregulation: Frequent infections and severe autoimmune responses are common, complicating health further and often leading to additional diagnoses.
Unpredictable Daily Functioning: The variability in symptoms makes it difficult for clients to plan activities, as their capacity to participate can change dramatically from one day to the next.
“At the Integrated Health Foundation, we specialize in recognizing and treating these complex symptoms. Our holistic approach addresses the root cause of dysautonomia, and provides personalized care plans that promote lasting health transformations.”

How We Help

Our program at the Integrated Health Foundation takes a comprehensive approach to managing dysautonomia and related conditions. After working with hundreds of clients, we have developed a protocol focusing on the following key areas. Implementation of each of these areas is essential in order for our clients to achieve lasting health transformations:

Nutrition

We emphasize the importance of nutrients in chronic disease and understand the key role it plays in the microbiome, nervous system and overall healing. Our unique, study supported diet combines thousands of years of human digestive progress with a powerful understanding of the gut biome in health and mental resilience. Because each case we work with is unique, we strive to incorporate root causation, developing a nutrition plan that is specific to the individual.

Limbic Work

The limbic system plays a crucial role in regulating emotions and stress responses. Our program includes techniques to retrain the limbic system, helping clients manage stress and improve emotional resilience. We provide strategies, education and accountability to assist in balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

Lifestyle Modifications

The brain and nervous system are influenced throughout the day by each task performed. For the chronically ill, nervous system regulation is crucial. The lifestyle modifications not only bring a safe, calm environment but also stimulate specific areas of the body to tone, modulate and synchronize their particular organ systems. This allows a whole body restoration with each system harmonizing together. We work with clients to develop personalized lifestyle plans that address factors relating too: sleep, exercises, environmental stress and so much more. These changes are essential for maintaining a balance of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) and overall health.

A Supportive and Collaborative Community

We understand that dysautonomia and other chronic illnesses can be extremely isolating and discouraging. Additionally, the effort it takes to make big changes is daunting when faced alone. Because of this, we have designed our program around building a knowledgeable community where we can support and lift each other. We have found that clients are significantly more likely to be successful in their health goals in this type of collaborative environment.

Our Story

Our journey began with a personal health crisis. At 19, our founder experienced a sudden and debilitating swelling in his legs, leading to a diagnosis of Lupus. Presented with a regimen of steroids, synthetic drugs, and a grim lifelong prognosis, he chose an unconventional path, seeking alternative methods to restore his health.

Along the way, he was led to many enlightening discoveries and practitioners who had reversed not only Lupus but many other conditions. After turning his health around, he decided to partner with leading practitioners from around the world to show the 70 million people battling dysautonomia how to reverse this debilitating condition.

Our Commitment

With the increasing prevalence of conditions like long-Covid falling under the dysautonomia umbrella, our work is more critical than ever. We are on a mission to disseminate our knowledge worldwide, helping those affected to reclaim their health and live fulfilling lives.
